This is werid and complicated!! but i am not a troll?

right well i need honest opions on this. i have the implanon in as i had a baby 9mths ago and wanted to be protect. me and my husband have been havin regula without condoms (due to having implant in) but i am not sure if i could be pregnant??? i know on the implant you are protected but not fully. i have not had a period for bout 4 mths (which could be normal on implanon) i have been feelin and have been sick on/off, my have been sore to touch been really moody and the last few weeks i have felt a werid fluttering sensation in my belly (which feels like the first movement of a baby. i have had 2) but nt sure if it could be gas, and without givein tmi i have had extra discharge for the last 4 mths and also put on weight and look very bloated for no reason??? i have taken pregnancy tests evry mth n they say negative but i have read on internet that sometime they are wrong. but since all this i have been to the doctors to make sure the implanon is in safe (as it has moved and i thought it had snapped) but doctor said it is in ok. so i didnt mention to her abou being pregnant. i dont wanna go doctors and look stupid
