Is there a scrub out there specifically for peeling?

I got super sun burnt last week and recently stared peeling everywhere! It looks absolutely horrible and im going out tomorrow night, so im wondering if there is a scrub that will fix my problem? I need something really good that will scrub it alllll off. ty <3
