I have no friends all of my friends are fake?

what can i do to fid some real friends put my self around the right people im not in school any more and i cant go out because im pregnant.. all my friends just seem to be here and there but non of them i an say are mybest friend because they either have another friend thats closer with them..and when i call to hang out its like we mak plans and in the end its for no reason because something always comes up and if itwas because of me its because of a misunderstanding in communication where they think im ditching them when i really just dont have a ride..anyways wheres a good place to find ppl with similar intrests where i can have a best friend?
