Girl problem. pleasee help?

My friend was at the mall with some guy a while ago. and were arguing about it. She was flirty and all over the guy and they talked about making out and then she let him walk her back to her house and they held hands all the way home. and when they got to her house he kissed her in the driveway and she wasnt expecting him to do that and she was in shock...but she still kissed him back. and she is upset about it. Im saying that she deserved it because she gave him a million and one reasons to make it seem like she liked him (even though she tells me she didnt like him and she thought he was ugly and discusting) im a guy. what do you think about thiss ?? am i wrongg ?? please help ! need alot of answers
