Would you persue a relationship with a woman if??

I have a friend that I am very much in love with (she knows it, I told her and she is fine). She has a BF, but they are NOT doing very good right now, haven't in a long time. We talk and its amazing, we both have similar goals, similar pions, and i've never met anyone like her. I plan on persuing this further as subtly as I can, be romantic as I can without crossing the line (). Would you do the same?
