I diet and exercise vigorously, but I am still not losing weight. Anyone have any tips?

To me it seems that you are eating a lot of sugar. Sugar in your diet would be in the milk, protein bar and fruit juice. Cut back on that. I suggest you have 2 fruit a day, 1 bread (1 slice=1 full bread serving) a cup of cereal = 1 serving, 16 oz of vegetables a day with minimal dressing if desired, 7 oz protein/day (I know you are vegetarian but tofu as well as beans are sources of protein) as much jello as you want. Keep up with the exercise and drink AT LEAST 10 gles of water a day!! Dont drink too much caffeine ( 1 cup of coffee a day is plenty!) I do this everyday, and dont even excercise and I have lost 10 pounds/month!!! I hope this works out for you!
