Help with a Stevie Wonder song.......?

This is going to sound stupid probably, because I have so little to go on, but the melody is stuck in my head, but the funny thing is I'm not even positive that it is Stevie Wonder, but if it isnt it is someone with very similar style, all I know is the song is really upbeat and uplifting, I dont know the lyrics, only the melody, but I do know for the last minute of the song he repeats the same sentence over and over, help if you can, I know I didnt give much to go on, thanks in advance
