Why Indian Govt does not want to bring and investigate blackmonry stacked by Indians in Swiss Banks?

One person has offerred to provide details of such persons on demand from the concerned Government. It is rumored that Indians have the largest amount in swiss banks estimated to be anywhere about a few thousand lakh crore Rupees. We can develope world cl infrasturcture without any exploitative loans from world etc banks or taxes.Te leaders of this contry dont sem to be interested in makng Indiasrong but appears to be in league with " looteras'. I dont kow but wanrt to know the truth.
