So i bought a bra that...?

Ok so i live in Ohio. I shop at wal-mart in Heath and my mom and I had purchased a Bra, merchandise of Fruit of the Loom. I think that they had made a mistake on the bra that i had purchased. Ok on the lining that follows into your back has a line of plastic stretchy material. I had worn it yesterday and today i have blisters in lines from the freaken bra. So i have to make a trip to my local hospital and get it checked. Thankfully it was just an allergic reaction, But the whole point to this question is...do you think that the factory that manages Fruit of the loom merchandise had mistakenly forgot to take this plastic line off? Well if anybody knows please tell me. Thanks.
