Just Diagnosed, Adenoma Carcinoma in Situ?

If I have Adenoma Carcinoma In Situ of the Cervix what are my chances of it turning into Cancer Cancer, and the chances of it spreading to other parts of my body. I know I am getting a Cone Biopsy in a few weeks and that I will eventually, if not right away, have to get a hysterectomy. My fear is of it spreading because I have heard it travels to other parts of your body easily. Just found this out so a little shaken.... Any info from personal experiance would be great, heck any advice or whatever would be great. Ive looked it up online etc but still a little confused as to the chances of this becoming more serious or spreading. Thanks
