I'm trying to find a song with the lyrics "i like gumdrops in the rain". I believe it was a House song?

The song had a music video where a guy and girl would chat with each other but one lived in the UK and the other in France. It ends off with them attempting to surprise the other by showing up on the others doorstep only ending in a let down because of them had the same idea. So he's on her doorstep and she's on his. Great tune, decent video but i can only find the stupid gumdrops and lemon something or another while looking for the song i'm searching for.
