Good paying job with animals?

I asked this before but I think I put it in the wrong place. Hello I am about to start college soon but I have no idea what I want to do. I love animals, my pion is taking care of them and making improvements to their lives. I could not be a vet because I am not good with surgery and blood or anything like that. I was looking into pet care manager at petsmart but that salary isn't very good. I was also looking into wildlife rehabilitator but they just don't make a lot of money. I would like to work with animals (more than people) and I am willing to go through as much college as it takes. I currently own a sugar glider, hedgehog, fish, 3 birds, 3 cats and, 2 dogs. I also look up pet care on animals I don't own because I find it interesting so I have plenty of knowledge on animals. I live in Texas if that makes a difference but would maybe like to move later on in life if that helps. Anyone ideas are greatly appreciated :) Thanks and happy holidays. :)
