Do you think this would be too mean?

Hi! okay so I have a school costume party dance coming up soon. Everyone dresses up as something different, and me and my friends want something really original and clever! So my friend and I were brainstorming, and we came up with being a poms dancer (if you don't know what that is, its like a school dance team) from a rival school. We would put on wayy too much black makeup, get an terrible orange tan, and then wear a skirt and shirt and write the rival school's name all over it :) Do you think this is too mean? Its really just a joke and I think everyone at my school will find it hillarious :)
