Daycare Discipline (5-12 y.o.)?

It sounds like the kids are bored and looking for something to do. You might try organizing some games or activities and see if that helps the kids behave better. I'm sure you remember when you were younger and hated sitting around doing the same thing all day, every day. Change things up a bit and see if it gets better.
